    You could actually find the green tea extract at wal-mart. There about $10.00 for about 150 pills. You take 2 in the morning with breakfast, and 1 or 2 with your dinner. You should also diet and do exercise daily, to increase the chances of loosing wieght

    Research shows that drinking green tea actually only burns 80 calories a day. So nothing that would make a huge difference in weight loss. But if you are convinced it is better then that, drink the tea. Supplements wont keep you hydrated like a tea will.

    The sugar is just going to create more fat. While you might get a sugar buzz and burn more calories, you’re going to retain even more calories when you come off the buzz. I don’t recommend adding sugar to your tea for weight loss.

    I heard that an infusion of green tea gives you only 15 to 20% of the benefits of the leaves.

    Adding the plant itself to the drink gives you a 100% of the plant benefits since you eat the whole plant instead of a mere infusion.

    I use Matcha powder which is green tea leaves in powder that I add to hot water. The taste is stronger, but so are the benefits!!
